By using the Dive Rutland online store you are acknowledging your acceptance of these terms and conditions:

ORDERS

  1. Any on-line purchase of products from Dive Rutland online store will be governed by these terms and conditions to the exclusion of any other terms
  2. All products are offered subject to their availability
  3. All orders are subjet to acceptance by Dive Rutland online dive store
  4. The quantity, quality and description of any specifications for the products shall be those set ou in the site but you should be aware that the images appearing on the website are not always accurate.  We reserve the right to correct erros and omissions in any price or other information without any liability.  We are happy to offer advice.  Any advice or recommendations concering the suitability or otherwise of a product for the intended user but point out that such advice is followed or acted upon entirely at your own risk
  5. Please note items sold onclearance or secondhand are non-returnable due to the nature of the sale
  6. We may contact you if we cannot accept your order due to a price or product description error on the website

PAYMENT

  1. Items will not be sent until all payments have been successfully received.
  2. All courses and their bookings are made in accordance with our training terms and conditions located on our website located here
  3. If you are paying by PalPay, the item must be delivered to the address stated on the PayPal payment email.  This address must be a PayPal 'Confirmed / Validated' address within the UK and eligible for Seller Protection
  4. When you place an order, we are not forced to accept it.  There are many reasons why we may decide not to accept an order and you will be told, usually by email.
  5. All prices on the Dive Rutland online store are subject to change without prior notice to reflect any increase in the cost to us.
  6. We aim to protect legitimate credit card owners from fraud and therefore will report to the necessary authorites any person attempting to use a card which they are not authorised to use.

EXCHANGING:

  1. Where we are able to exchange to other sizes we shall do once the original item has been returned in the same condition as it was originally sent including packaging, tags, labels etc. 
  2. If we deem that the item is not fit for a refund and you would then like it back, you must then pay to have it shipped back to you. 
  3. We will not refund items that do not come back how they were originally sent.
  4. We will not exchange items that have been used by the buyer unless being claimed under warranty.  These may have to be returned to the manufacturer for warranty confirmation.
  5. The buyer is responsible for paying the return and 2nd outbound postage, which we will verify, the amount by phone 
  6. Further products will not be shipped until the original item has been received in appropriate condition as deemed by Dive Rutland centre staff.
  7. If the item was bought USED then there is no EXCHANGE as sold as seen.
  8. We check inside and out of products to ensure they are as originally sent.
  9. Unwanted goods: Please contact Dive Rutland online store before returning any items.   A refund (minus the cost of posting the item to you) can be issued for any unused returned goods.  A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all goods returned

REFUND: 

  1. Should the buyer wish to return the item for a refund then they are responsible to pay the return postage.
  2. A refund will only be issued once the original item has been returned and received in the same condition as it was originally sent including packaging, tags, labels etc.
  3. If we deem that the item is not fit for a refund and you would then like it back, you must then pay to have it shipped back to you.
  4. We will not refund items that do not come back how they were originally sent. 
  5. We do not refund items that have been used by the buyer.
  6. Refunds that are agreed will be provided within 2 working weeks through original payment method less the original shipping/restocking cost.
